Qualification:
  • Residing in Istanbul.
  • Holds an MSc or PhD degree or currently a Ph.D. student in Computer Engineering or other relevant field,
  • Completed a research-based MSc or PhD thesis in Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Computer Vision,
  • Experience with version control systems and object-oriented programming,
  • Strong foundation in data structures and algorithms,
  • Advocate for the best practices in software engineering,
  • Smart, analytical and creative problem solver.
     
Bonus Points For 
  • Deep understanding of at least one of the following research areas: Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Computer Vision, Large Language Models, Multimodal Learning, Recommendation Systems, or Anomaly Detection,
  • Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and/or Vision-Language Models (VLMs), including training, evaluation, or efficient inference,
  • Experience with frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow,
  • Experience with Cloud Service Providers like Google Cloud Platform, Amazon Web Services, etc.,
  • Experience with automating AI model training, evaluation, and deployment processes,
  • Knowledge of GPU hardware and CUDA,
  • Experience with containerization and serving AI models as scalable services,

Your primary responsibility at sahibinden.com will be to research and develop novel projects.
In this context, we expect you to:
  • Conduct research
  • Develop prototypes
  • Present your results to stakeholders
  • Work with other teams to build real-world systems
  • Foster academic collaborations with universities
  • Publish your results by means of conference proceedings, journal articles, patents
