  • Identifying and tracking key performance indicators and growth factors of the C2C 2nd hand business
  • Developing marketing plans for business growth on customer retention, customer value, increasing frequency of use & basket size
  • Identifying different customer profiles and developing relevant marketing/CRM/ Campaign strategies & tools with relevant parties ( 3rd party, product management etc)
  • Developing and implementing customer journeys, campaigns strategies for each segment and monitoring key results & budget
  • Developing strategies/tools/features that will make a difference on both the buyer and the seller sides by following up the competition, and coordinating and implementing them with the product teams.
  • Managing partnerships for campaigns and business KPI growth metrics where necessary
  • Developing and managing customer experience & complain management strategies for health business growth

 

 

If the requirements are met, then your job description is below;

 

  • Experience in brand management/ product management roles
  • Experience 8+ years’ working in a commercial role in an online or technology business
  • A strong background in a digital business to consumer or consumer to consumer environment, ideally in e-commerce, or a consumer facing online platform plus
  • Broad functional skillset with proven success in multidisciplinary leadership including marketing, product, operations and an understanding of how a P&L works
  • Excellent decision-making skills with a proficiency for identifying, prioritizing, and articulating the highest impact initiatives
  • Ability to develop strong cultures, lead groups of individuals and manage cross-functional coordination
  • Strong problem-solving skills, teamwork capabilities and leadership skills.
  • Customer and Market-oriented
  • Deep understanding of online retailing best practices and experience in employing tactics to gain market share and grow sales.
  • Proven track record of strategic planning and execution, taking a project from idea to full implementation in a large complex organisation
