• Experience across the full Machine Learning lifecycle from data collection and model training to deployment and monitoring
• Strong technical skills regarding statistics, data analysis, machine learning and programming
• Strong knowledge of Python
• Excellent problem-solving skills, use of data to connect multiple ideas and develop solutions
• Strong knowledge of SQL
• A portfolio with proven track records (papers, projects, blogs, GitHub repos)
• Knowledge in Git
• Good command of English

• Analyze large and complex datasets to extract meaningful insights
• Develop, train, validate, and optimize machine learning models
• Translate business problems into analytical and data-driven solutions
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams
• Deploy machine learning models into production environments
• Monitor model performance and ensure continuous improvement
• Participate in experimentation, model evaluation, and result interpretation
• Document processes, models, and findings clearly
