We are looking for a Senior Product Manager with experience designing and delivering user-focused products that involve complex transactional flows and multiple stakeholder dependencies.

This role requires a deep understanding of users, business objectives, and financial domain constraints, along with the ability to translate these into clear and scalable product solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the product backlog; define, execute, and continuously refine the product roadmap
• Ensure roadmap initiatives deliver measurable business value while aligning with operational, regulatory, and stakeholder constraints
• Work closely with engineering, design, data, legal/compliance, and business teams to deliver end-to-end product solutions
• Translate user needs, business goals, and domain constraints into clear, complete, and actionable product specifications
• Ensure delivered solutions are correct, scalable, secure, and aligned with user expectations and risk considerations
• Support user acceptance testing and validate that delivered features meet defined functional and non-functional requirements
• Use data, experimentation, and structured analysis (A/B testing, funnel analysis) to continuously improve customer experience and conversion
• Act as a subject-matter expert for the product area, proactively identifying issues, managing trade-offs, and guiding decision-making across teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related fields strongly preferred)
• 6+ years of experience in product management, with ownership of complex, end-to-end products
• Solid understanding of financial product concepts, including transactional flows, user verification, compliance considerations, and dependency on external service providers or partners
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset with a results-driven approach
• Highly data-oriented; able to tell a clear and compelling product story using data, user insights, and experimentation
• Strong knowledge of agile development methodologies; experience with mobile and/or platform products is a plus
• Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and business stakeholders
• A strong collaborator with a proven ability to work seamlessly within cross‑functional teams to drive shared goals and deliver impactful outcomes
