Key Qualifications

• 8+ years experiences in software quality assurance
• 2+ years experience in software quality assurance management
• 2+ years experience in people management
• Graduated from a technical department of universities
• Experience with web and mobile testing
• Experience with Scrum, Agile and Sprint methodologies
• Experience with Jira
• Good communication skills
• Passionate about innovation and learning

Optional Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce sector
• Test automation knowledge and experience is a big plus
• Knowledge of programming languages, especially java is a plus
• Basic knowledge of database/SQL
• Basic knowledge of Linux commands

Job Description

• Lead mobile test team of 10+ and be responsible from the line management of these people.
• Career development, mentorship, objective setting and performance reviews of team
• Make performance evaluation of the team on monthly or quarterly and annually
• Be responsible for the release and hotfix management of the mobile applications
• Prioritize the works in the test queue and follow up these issues
• Communicates with the development teams and product managers in project works, undertakes the tasks of assigning deadlines, monitoring the project and ensuring coordination.
• Identify, ensure, carry out appropriate SDCL improvements when it is necessary to do so.
• Assist the technical development of the team members and follow up these improvements.
• Identify and ensure appropriate development/training opportunities for the team members.
• Undertake the tasks of researching and following new technologies that can be used, applied and implemented.
• Contribute to research and implementation of the tools that can be used.
• In case of an emergency, operate the watch system.
