We are looking for a Senior Data Warehouse (DWH) Analyst to join an enterprise-scale Data Warehouse program. This role focuses on business-driven analysis, data modeling, analytical design, and data quality, rather than hands-on development or tool-specific implementation.
You will work closely with DWH Developers, Data Engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure the data warehouse provides a reliable, scalable, and analytics-ready foundation across multiple business domains.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field4+ years of experience in Data Warehouse analysis, analytics engineering, or similar analytical roles
• Strong understanding of Data Warehouse concepts and dimensional modeling (Fact / Dimension)
• Strong SQL skills for analytical queries, data validation, and reconciliation (platform-agnostic)Experience analyzing ELT / ETL pipelines on modern data platforms (hands-on development not required)
• Ability to work effectively across different data platforms and technologies
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into clear analytical and technical documentation

If the requirements are met, then your job description is below;

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into clear and structured DWH analytical requirements
• Design and document Fact / Dimension models across multiple business domains
• Prepare source-to-target mappings, transformation logic, and business rules
• Define and maintain KPI definitions, data dictionaries, and semantic layer inputs
• Define, implement, and maintain data quality rules, checks, and assertions for analytical datasets
• Monitor data quality metrics (accuracy, completeness, consistency, timeliness) and investigate anomalies
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve data quality issues and support root-cause analysis
• Contribute to data quality, data governance, and metadata initiatives within the DWH ecosystem
• Validate data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across analytical datasets
• Collaborate with DWH Developers and Data Engineers to ensure correct implementation of analytical designs
• Review and improve existing DWH models from an analytical, usability, and performance perspective
• Own and coordinate analytical testing activities, including functional testing, data validation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes
• Ensure test scenarios, acceptance criteria, and validation results are clearly documented and aligned with business expectationsMaintain data catalogs and metadata content in a business-friendly, understandable, and reusable way
• Ensure datasets, KPIs, and metrics are documented to support discoverability, self-service usage, and correct interpretation by business users
• Act as a bridge between business teams and technical teams throughout DWH initiatives

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with modern cloud or on-prem data warehouse platforms (e.g. BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, Vertica, or similar)
• Familiarity with self-service BI and semantic layer concepts (e.g. Tableau, Looker, or similar tools)
• Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and data catalog practices
• Experience with data quality, data governance, or data catalog platforms (e.g. Dataplex, DataHub, Collibra, Amundsen, Apache Atlas, or similar)
• Experience working in Agile / sprint-based environments
• Familiarity with data orchestration and scheduling concepts (e.g. Airflow or similar tools)
