We are looking for a System Operations Specialist who is eager to work with modern infrastructure technologies, open-source systems, and automation-driven operations.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or a related field
• Curiosity and strong interest in open-source system software
• High motivation and ability to learn new technologies quickly
• At least 2 year of hands-on experience in configuring and managing Linux systems (Debian, Red Hat, or similar distributions)
• Knowledge of and experience with virtualization technologies (OpenShift Virtualization, VMware, KVM, etc.)
• Experience with or strong interest in scripting languages such as Python and Bash
• Experience with or strong interest in system automation tools (Ansible preferred)
• Experience with or strong interest in system monitoring and observability tools (Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana)
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and data center components
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Basic understanding of disk/storage systems
• Basic networking knowledge
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to read and fully understand technical documentation in English
• Strong team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively
• Experience working with enterprise ticketing systems and resolving issues within defined SLAs

Additional Qualifications

• Install, configure, maintain, and monitor Linux-based systems
• Monitor operating system performance, availability, and security
• Apply security patches and ensure systems are kept up to date
• Provide operational support to internal teams and document solutions and procedures
• Perform daily operational tasks through an internal ticketing system
• Develop automation scripts and tooling to reduce operational workload and improve efficiency
• Participate in an on-call rotation to handle incidents, outages, and urgent operational issues outside business hours
