We are looking for a Network & Platform Security Specialist who is passionate about secure, scalable, and high-performance infrastructure. You will be responsible for analyzing existing systems, identifying risks, designing secure network solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with a proactive approach to improving infrastructure and security practices.

Job Description

• Plan for future network needs and implement infrastructure changes accordingly
• Design and test LAN/WAN systems using the latest tools and methods
• Lead projects to improve network functionality or resolve persistent issues
• Troubleshoot network and server connectivity problems regularly
• Analyze network performance and submit quarterly improvement reports
• Provide technical guidance, training, and support to internal teams
• Automate monitoring and server processes to improve efficiency
• Optimize performance, throughput, and latency across systems

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer, Electronics Engineering, or a related field
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in network/system administration and troubleshooting
• Valid certifications preferred (e.g., CCNA, NSE4–7 or equivalent)
• Expertise in firewall technologies, especially Fortigate
• Experience with Citrix Netscaler and routing/switching (Arista Networks is a plus)
• Proficiency in Python for scripting and automation
• Familiarity with open source load balancers is a plus
• Solid knowledge of system security, virtualization, and Linux (Debian preferred)
• Understanding of SDN, cloud infrastructure (public/private), and web services is a plus
• Experience in datacenter infrastructure (physical and cloud-based)
• Ability to work independently on complex projects
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
• Willingness to respond to after-hours support requests
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about new technologies and open-source tools
