Basic Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Marketing or Engineering
• Maximum 5 years of experience in marketing, segmentation, and customer engagement, preferably in a digital environment
• Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and projects.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into strategy.
• Curious and quick-learner
• Strong analytical thinking & problem solving skills
• Results-driven and multi-tasker
• Team player with good project management and interpersonal skills
• Strong verbal / written communication and strong presentation skills in both Turkish and English

Job Description:

• Own and drive segment KPIs, develop and perform action plans
• Interpret insights from data analysis and market research
• Contribute pricing decisions with segment-based analysis
• Lead end-to-end campaign management by coordinating related departments
• Develop value propositions for new products and services and deliver excellent communications
• Work closely with Pricing, Business Intelligence, Marketing Communication and Product teams
• Track global benchmarks report, industry trends and take action accordingly
