- BSc degree in a Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or Engineering, etc.
- Very strong technical skills regarding statistics, data analysis, machine learning
- Very strong knowledge of SQL and Big data platforms such as Vertica, BigQuery
- Experience working with customer insight data
- Ability to analyse data on one of known BI platforms is a must. (Qlikview/Tableau knowledge is a huge plus)
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Domain knowledge in similar businesses or e-commerce is a huge plus.
- Familiarity with tools such as Optimizely, Apptimize, Google Analytics, CrazyEgg, Hotjar, Usabilla
- Familiarity with the terms like; Conversion Funnel, A/B or Split Testing, Multivariate Testing (MVT), Customer Segmentation,Customer Insights, Predictive Analytics.
If the requirements are met, then your job description is below;
- Own the defined business KPI’s and optimise them through working with Product, Technical, Marketing and Sales Teams and also meet their reporting needs.
- Be the analytical mastermind behind the best-in-class customer journeys which leads customer satisfaction and business outcomes.
- Prepare dashboards and regular analysis on conducted tests
- Employ a data-driven approach, ensuring that multiple data sources match in terms of quality and reporting is of a high standard
- Deliver data-driven analysis and present recommendations to management
- Analysing Customer Journeys on different platforms (mobile and web) and producing testable hypotheses for both business and product development
- Validate hypotheses with A/B and multivariate testing
