• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Media & Communication, Business Administration or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Creator Partnerships, Digital Marketing, Brand Marketing or related disciplines
• Strong understanding of influencer marketing, creator partnerships, creator ecosystems, social media platforms and digital content trends
• Proven experience in developing and scaling influencer programs and creator collaborations
• Experience managing agencies, external partners and cross-functional stakeholders
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate campaign performance and derive meaningful insights
• Experience in budget management and campaign planning
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Outstanding communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills
• Fluent in both Turkish and English, written and spoken
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation, experimentation and continuous improvement

If the requirements are met, then your job description is below; 

• Develop and lead sahibinden.com's influencer marketing and creator partnership strategy
• Build and grow an always-on creator ecosystem that strengthens brand relevance and audience engagement
• Identify, recruit and nurture relationships with influencers, content creators and strategic partners across relevant audience segments
• Design and manage long-term creator partnership and brand ambassador programs
• Lead influencer campaigns end-to-end, from planning and briefing to execution and post-campaign evaluation
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful creator activations
• Define campaign objectives, KPIs and measurement criteria, and monitor campaign effectiveness
• Develop influencer briefs, content plans and activation calendars in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure all creator content aligns with brand guidelines, campaign objectives and regulatory requirements
• Analyze the impact of influencer and creator collaborations to develop stronger partnership models and content approaches
• Manage agency and influencer relationships while ensuring operational excellence across all projects
• Stay up to date with industry trends, platform innovations and emerging creators to identify new opportunities
• Evaluate creator suitability, brand fit and reputational considerations, and proactively support risk mitigation efforts related to partnerships
