We are looking for dynamic and results-drivenBusiness Development Specialist / Senior Spacialist to play a pivotal role in the growth and success of ATS, the newly established business of sahibinden.com. As a key player in this department, you will be responsible for driving business development initiatives and contributing to the overall growth strategy.
 

Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters degree in studies including business administration, marketing or engineering
4+ years of experience preferably in business development, marketing, or product management
Curiosity and entrepreneurial mindset
Strong analytical thinking & problem solving skills
Results driven and multi-tasker
Willingness to deal with fast-paced and uncertain environment
Team player with good project management and inter-personal skills
Strong verbal / written communication and strong presentation skills in both Turkish and English
 

Responsibilities

Development and Growth

Drive revenue growth and expand market presence by developing and executing strategic plans and tactical initiatives.
Monitor key operational metrics, analyze data, and identify improvement areas. Provide strategic solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Plan and execute business development and marketing activities in collaboration with product management, marketing, and sales teams.
Insights and Partnerships

Conduct thorough market research and benchmark analysis to identify industry trends and potential business opportunities.
Develop strategic partnerships with 3rd party firms for ongoing and new businesses.
Development Collaboration:

Translate business needs into precise product requirements. Contribute valuable insights for the development of product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer expectations.
Play a key role in prioritizing feature enhancements and new initiatives. Leverage market research and customer feedback to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
