Job Description

Your primary responsibility as an AI Business Partner will be to act as the bridge between business units and AI technologies, identifying opportunities where artificial intelligence can enhance efficiency, decision‑making, and value creation.

In this context, we expect you to:

• Analyze departmental business processes and identify areas suitable for AI‑driven improvement.
• Create strategic AI integration roadmaps in collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Conduct assessments to uncover repetitive/manual workflows and propose AI‑powered solutions.
• Provide consultancy on process improvement, automation, and decision support systems.
• Measure the impact of AI initiatives through well‑defined KPIs and evaluation frameworks.
• Document AI use cases and contribute to the companywide AI best‑practice library.
• Lead or support the design and delivery of AI awareness trainings, internal events, and educational content.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to strengthen AI knowledge sharing.
• Present insights, solution proposals, and project outcomes to key stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Actively contribute to the company’s AI committee and digital transformation strategy.

Qualification

• Residing in Istanbul.
• Holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Computer, Industrial, Electrical-Electronics or related disciplines).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a corporate environment.
• Has fundamental knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning concepts, or LLM/NLP workflows.
• Demonstrated experience or strong interest in business analysis, process optimization, or digital transformation.
• Possesses solid project management skills (stakeholder management, timeline planning, risk tracking).
• Experience in vendor management.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a strategic mindset.
• Excellent communication skills, able to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
• Proactive, self‑driven, and comfortable taking ownership of initiatives.

Bonus Points For

• Experience working on AI‑driven business improvement or automation projects.
• Familiarity with data‑driven decision‑making, KPI tracking, and impact measurement.
• Understanding of Large Language Model capabilities, generative AI tools, and AI usage in business functions (marketing, finance, operations, customer support).
• Experience facilitating workshops, trainings, or awareness sessions around technology adoption.
• Experience in process mapping and identifying automation opportunities.
• Ability to translate business needs into AI‑based solutions and prepare strategic roadmaps.
• Experience collaborating with technical teams, data scientists, or software engineers.
• Ability to drive organizational change and evangelize AI best practices.
