• Experience 2+ years’ working in a commercial role in an online or technology business
• Prior experience on business development, partnership management, field sales.
• A strong background in a digital business, ideally in e-commerce, or a consumer facing online platform plus
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent decision-making skills with a proficiency for identifying, prioritizing, and articulating the highest impact initiatives
• Strong problem-solving skills ,teamwork capabilities and Customer orientation
• Proven track record of planning and execution, taking a project from idea to full implementation in a large complex organisation

If the requirements are met, then your job description is below;

• Help to coordinate and implement Marketing/ CRM/ Campaign/ Business development initiatives & tools for 2nd hand marketplace growth on new customer acquisition and customer retention.
• Drive new business development initiatives with 3rd parties for category growth
• Drive partnership plans field visits, research marketing and product intitiatives for B2C growth of the category.
• Coordinate and execute marketing calendar and help to execute ATL, BTL marketing initiatives with relevant parties.
• Delivering, tracking, analysing and reporting on CRM/campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
• Collaborating with internal teams (product management, marcomm, PR, customer relations etc.) and external partners to optimize business growth strategies.
• Analyzing the customer lifecycle to design and execute automated customer journeys for enhanced engagement, new sales & retention
• Monitoring & reporting of key performance indicators
• Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and insights.
• Assisting in the execution of customer experience & complain management initiatives to drive sustainable business growth
