Is that you? Great!

• 1–3 years of experience in UX design or relevant field

• BA/BS or Masters degree in human-computer interaction, or related
• Experience with user interface design patterns and standard UCD methodologies
• Experience participating in the complete product lifecycle development of web and/or mobile applications
• Ability to create detailed and comprehensive information architecture diagrams, wireframes, prototypes, and screenflows
• Ability to recognize competing priorities and reconcile these with the needs of the end user, by using UX metrics where applicable
• Comfortable with design research techniques, storytelling and presentation skills
• Experience conducting or managing usability tests to validate design
• Experience working with Figma, branching and prototyping
• Experience using design systems
• Thorough with special attention to detail
• Proactive and collaborative

Additional Qualifications

• Bring user-centered design (UCD) process methods to digital applications from concept to launch
• Collect, measure and improve user satisfaction score
• Create information architecture and wireframes that both meet business goals and ensure a positive user experience
• Design, sketch, prototype, discuss, and collaborate in order to build the best possible product for our users
• Take the lead in user testing and research to uncover customer and business needs
• Analyze user interface problems and create user-centered designs by considering market analysis, customer feedback, technical constraints/opportunities and usability findings, while meeting business goals and requirements
• Collaborate on user experience design with Product Managers
• Collaborate on user interaction design and visual design with Interaction Designers
• Curiosity for AI-assisted design workflows; hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., for ideation, wireframing, content generation or research synthesis).
